Where the Euro-Asian Plate and the Pacific Plate meet, relative motion between the two has created the deep Japan Trench and occasionally causes strong earthquakes like the one that occurred on March 11.
Where the Euro-Asian Plate and the Pacific Plate meet, relative motion between the two has created the deep Japan Trench and occasionally causes strong earthquakes like the one that occurred on March 11.
