Our science and policy workshop is limited to a total of 100 participants, in order to maximize the chances for interaction and discussions in a group setting. The Workshop Organizing Committee invited a balanced number of scientists from different disciplines as well as representatives from commercial, economic, legal, and government and NGO interests.

Please note that registration is not required for the public forum sponsored by the Morss Colloquium Program on the afternoon of April 2.
